- 4 Sub rolls
- 2-3 tsp Eggless Mayonnaise
- Tomato Ketchup as per taste
- All Vegatables sliced*
- Salt to Taste
- Crushed Pepper Powder to Taste
- 1-2 tsp Mustard Sauce (optional)
*Vegetables include Lettuce, Cabbage, Tomatoes, Cucumber, Bell Peppers (red, green and yellow), Jalepenos.
Slit the sub rolls into two halves and lightly roast it on a hot tawa. Apply mayonnaise on both sides and then place all the sliced vegetables, tomato ketchup and mustard sauce. Season it with salt and pepper.
