Ingredients :

  • 4 Sub rolls
  • 2-3 tsp Eggless Mayonnaise
  • Tomato Ketchup as per taste
  • All Vegatables sliced*
  • Salt to Taste
  • Crushed Pepper Powder to Taste
  • 1-2 tsp Mustard Sauce (optional)

*Vegetables include Lettuce, Cabbage, Tomatoes, Cucumber, Bell Peppers (red, green and yellow), Jalepenos.

Method :

Slit the sub rolls into two halves and lightly roast it on a hot tawa. Apply mayonnaise on both sides and then place all the sliced vegetables, tomato ketchup and mustard sauce. Season it with salt and pepper.
