Grilled Veg Salad

Jain Grilled Veg Salad

Serving:  2 People


  • 2 Sliced Courgettes / Zucchini
  • 1 cup slit Baby Corn and Asparagus
  • 1/2 cup Sliced Bell Pepper / Capsicum
  • 1/2 cup Cottage Cheese / Paneer Strips
  • 1/2 cup shredded Lettuce
  • 1 Avocado ( Sliced )
  • Few sunflower, hemp, flax seeds/ Nuts (optional)
  • Few herbs like Coriander, Basil, Mint

For Dressing:

  • 2 Teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Chili Flakes


Grill the veggies and paneer strips on a griddle from both sides until tender crisp. Mix all the ingredients f the dressing in a jar. Combine grilled veggies with nuts/seeds and herbs. Add the dressing and toss it gently.

Serve fresh with optional grating of cheese. You can add or subtract any veggies as per your likings
