Ingredients :

  • Flour Tortillas
  • Tomato Ketchup
  • Grilled Paneer
  • Eggless Mayonnaise
  • Shredded Vegetables (Lettuce, Cabbage)
  • Sliced Vegetables (Tomatoes, Cucumber, Capsicum or Peppers, Japapenos)
  • Salt
  • Crushed Black Pepper
  • Paprika (Chilli Flakes)
  • Mixed Herbs (or Oregano)

Method :

Cut the Grilled Paneer into cubes. Take a flour tortilla (or can take a normal roti) and warm it a bit. Spread tomato ketchup n mayonnaise evenly on entire surface, then add all vegetable slices and grilled paneer and jalapenos. Sprinkle a pinch of salt, pepper, paprika (chilli flakes) and mixed herbs (or oregano) as per taste. Roll the tortilla and it is ready to serve.
