Serving : 2-3 Person

Ingredients :

For Batter :

  • 1 tbsp Besan (Gram flour)
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric (Haldi) Powder
  • Salt to taste

Oil for Frying

Method :

For the Batter : Mix all the ingredients and make it to batter consistency using water.

Apply green chutney on a bread slice and put a slice of paneer on it. Sprinkle some salt and red chilli powder on paneer slice and cover it with a bread slice with sweet chutney on its side. Cut the whole paneer sandwich in two halves and dip it in the batter.

Heat the oil for deep frying and place the sandwich halves dipped in batter in it. Fry these until it is golden brown from all sides. Remove it on an absorbent tissue paper and cut in two (or approx bite size).

Sprinkle some chaat masala and serve hot as a starter.
