Serving: 2 – 3 Person


  • 4 Kiwi Fruit
  • 4-5 springs of Mint (Phudina) Leaves
  • Sugar (if necessary)
  • Salt To Taste
  • Roasted Cumin (Jeera) Powder to Taste
  • 2 Glasses Soda (Lemonade, Sprite)


Peel kiwi fruit and dice into cubes and add to a blender. Add mint leaves.
Add sugar only if kiwi are too sour.
Blend it to a smooth puree.
Add salt and roasted cumin powder to taste.
Add 2 tsp of this puree to serving glass and fill the rest of the glass with chilled soda.

Serve immediately.
