Serving: 2 People


  • 1 Cup Boiled Rice (90% cooked)
  • 2 tsp Red Bell Pepper (Capsicum)
  • 1 tsp Jalapeno Pepper
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 tsp Coriander
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin (Jeera) Powder
  • Salt To Taste


Heat oil in a pan and saute finely chopped bell pepper and jalapeno peppers for a minute. Add boiled rice, salt, cumin powder, lemon juice and coriander and mix well. Heat for a minute and take it out of flame.

Serve hot. You can use it as it is or use it in making a Burrito.
