Ges / Curd Rice

Jain Ges Tuver

Serving : 2 Person

Ingredients :

  • 1 cup Rice
  • 2 tbsp Sour Yoghurt/Curd
  • Salt To Taste

Method :

Heat 2 cups of water. Bring it to a boil and add washed rice and salt to taste to it. Cook rice till it softens. Remove from flame and drain water if extra. Add curd and blend it nicely with hand blender. Put it back on flame and bring it to a quick boil. (add extra curd if needed)

Serve hot with Tuver (Gungo Beans)
