Ingredients :

  • 8 slices Bread
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard (rai) Seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin (Jeera) Seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric (Haldi) Powder
  • Salt to Taste

Method :

Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, let it crackle and add cumin seeds. Cut bread slices into cubes and add to the pan, add salt, red chilli powder and turmeric to the bread and mix it properly. Let the bread toast in the pan till they are crisp and then serve hot for breakfast.
