Ingredients :

  • 2 Raw Bananas
  • 2 tbsp Cornflour
  • Salt To Taste
  • 1 tbsp Oil

Method :

Boil raw bananas in a pressure cooker(3 whistles) and let it cool down.Peel it and cut into slices. Preheat the oven. Roll the banana slices in cornflour and remove the excess cornflour and place it in a greased baking tray. Sprinkle some oil on the chips. Bake it in oven on 250 degrees centigrade for 5-8 mins. If it is not cooked properly cook it more for 1-2 mins.

Sprinkle salt as per your taste and serve hot with tomato ketchup.

Tip : You can always deep fry it traditionally and remove it on absorbent paper.
