Vegetable Tacos Trays

Serving : 2-3 Person

Ingredients :

  • 8-10 Taco Trays
  • 3 cups chopped Vegetables*
  • Salt To Taste
  • Pepper Powder To Taste
  • Oregano To Taste

*Chopped Vegetables include tomatoes, cucumber, cabbage and multi coloured bell peppers.

Filling Option 1 :

  • 1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
  • Grated Cottage Cheese (Paneer) or Cheese To Garnish

Filling Option 2 :

Method :

Filling Option 1 – Mix tomato ketchup to chopped vegetables and add salt and papper to taste. Add the filling to taco tray and garnish with grated paneer or cheese. Sprinkle oregano and serve as a quick starter.
Filling Option 2 – Mix mayonnaise to chopped vegetables and add salt and pepper to taste. Fill the taco tray with the filling and drizzle some tomato ketchup on it and serve as starter.
