Vegetable Sandwich

Serving: 4 Sandwiches

Ingredients :

  • 8 Slices of Bread
  • Green Coriander Chutney
  • Butter
  • Slices of Cucumber and Tomatoes
  • Salt To Taste
  • Pepper Powder To Taste

Method :

Cut the sides of 2 bread slices and apply butter and green chutney on one side of bread slice. Put sliced cucumber and tomatoes on it and sprinkle salt and pepper powder on it. Cover it with other slice of bread with the side with butter and chutney upside down. Prepare rest three sandwiches in the same way.

Cut the sandwiches in pieces and serve with Tomato Ketchup
