Ingredients:

  • 1 Litre Milk
  • 2-3 tsp Vinegar
  • 1/2 cup shredded vegetables (cabbage and capsicum)
  • 1 green chilly (finely chopped)
  • Few coriander leaves (finely chopped)
  • Salt to taste

Method:

Boil milk in a thick bottom pan. Once milk comes to a boil, add vinegar one spoon at a time and keep stirring. Stop when milk curdles. Once milk is curdled, add chopped vegetables, chopped green chilli, coriander and salt.

Mix well and strain everything through a muslin cloth n seperate the whey. Hang the cloth so as to drain all liquid from the paneer, continue this for an hour. After 1 hr, press the muslin cloth with some weight so as to press the paneer n form a slab.

Keep paneer in this position for another two hours. Cut the paneer into cubes and your vegatable paneer is ready. It can be used for any paneer recipe, tastes delicious.
