Salad Sandwich

Jain Mumbai Vegetable Sandwich

Serving : 4 Sandwiches

Ingredients :

For Salad:

  • 2 cups finely chopped Vegetables*
  • 1 Green Chilly (Finely Chopped)
  • Salt To Taste
  • Pepper Powder To Taste

*Chopped Vegetables include Tomatoes, Cucumber,Bell Peppers(Red, Green and Yellow) , Cabbage, Coriander and few Mint Leaves.

Method:

Mix all the ingredients of salad and keep ready. Cut the sides of the breads and apply butter and green chutney on it. place around half a cup of salad on one bread and cover with another slice of bread. Place the whole sandwich in a sandwich toaster and toast it.

Cut the sandwich into triangles and serve hot with Tomato Ketchup.
Tip: You can add Cheese or paneer or any other vegetable as per your taste.
