Hello, Though i have not tried making Tomato sauce myself but i think you can blanch tomatoes, prrl them n make a puree. Add salt, sugar, pepper powder and vinegar(if you want to preserve it). Boil till it become saucy in consistency. Do try and give me the feedback

    1. Jain Foodie says:

Cheese can be jain – there are various kinds of cheese available in the market and most of them are processed in a manner which we can have. However if you still insist, paneer is an alternative or I will also provide a recipe to create cheese at home.

  15. stuti shah says:

how can i make pizza base without oven?
    can you guide me plz…

    1. Jain Foodie says:

Hello Stuti, sorry for late reply. you can make pizza base on tawa as well.
Roll out the dough to make pizza base and keep on hot tawa til one side is cooked properly, turn it over and allow it to cook for a minute. Then flip it over once again and add the tomato sauce, all veggies and cheese while on tawa and cover it with a lid. This will allow the base to get crisp while cheese will melt on the top because of the steam.
      Hope this helps.
