- 3 Ripe Bananas (Pakka Kela) (Sliced)
- 1 Teaspoon Red Chilli Powder (Lal Mirch)
- 2 Teaspoon Sugar
- 1/2 Teaspoon Mustard Seeeds (Rai)
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
- 1/4 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
- 1 Teaspoon Oil
- Salt To Taste
- Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and let it crackle.
- Add cumin seeds, banana slices and rest of dry masalas and mix properly.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes and remove from flame.
Serve hot with roti.
