Pakka Kela Nu Shaak

Serving : 2 Persons

Ingredients :

  • 3 Ripe Bananas (Pakka Kela) (Sliced)
  • 1 Teaspoon Red Chilli Powder (Lal Mirch)
  • 2 Teaspoon Sugar
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Mustard Seeeds (Rai)
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
  • 1 Teaspoon Oil
  • Salt To Taste

Method :

  • Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and let it crackle.
  • Add cumin seeds, banana slices and rest of dry masalas and mix properly.
  • Cook for 2-3 minutes and remove from flame.

Serve hot with roti.
