Serving : 2 Persons

Ingredients :

  • Pack of Nacho Chips
  • 2 cups of Boiled Red Kidney Beans (Rajma)
  • 1 Tomato (Chopped)
  • 1/2 Green Pepper (Capsicum) (Chopped)
  • 1/2 Cup Grated Cottage Cheese (Paneer)
  • 1 Teaspoon Oil
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
  • Salt To Taste

Sour Cream topping :

  • 1 Cup Yoghurt
  • 2 Teaspoon Cream or Milk
  • Sugar To Taste
  • Salt To Taste

Method :

  • Soak Rajma for 4-6 hours and pressure cook till soft.
  • Drain and keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add chopped green pepper and let is soften.
  • Add Tomatoes, Red Chilli Powder, Salt and mix it.
  • Add Rajma, grated cottage cheese and 2 Teaspoon of water, mix  it, cover and let everything cook together.
  • Once rajma softens mash it along with tomatoes and peppers together to bring it all together to a thick consistency.
  • For Sour Cream topping, Mix yoghurt and whipped cream ( or milk ), Salt and Sugar and keep it aside.

Place nachos chips on serving dish, add 1 Teaspoon of bean filling and top it over with sour cream topping.

Serve as an apetizer.
