- 15-20 Puris
- Date and Tamarind Chutney
- Green Coriander Chutney
- 1 cup Warm Curd/ Yoghurt
- Thin Sev
- Chaat Masala
- Chopped Coriander
For Stuffing 1 :
- 2 cups Boiled Moong and Kala Chana
- 2 Raw Bananas
- 1/2 Green Chilly (finely chopped)
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder
- 1 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1/2 tbsp Coriander Leaves (finely chopped)
- Salt to Taste
For Stuffing 1 – Soak and boil moong and chana seperately, drain out all the water and mix them . Add salt and red chilli powder to taste and mix well.
For Stuffing 2 – Boil bananas into a pressure cooker(around 3 whistles) and let it cool down. Remove the skin and mash boiled bananas into a bowl and add green chillies, sugar, salt, lemon juice, coraiander leaves and garam masala powder. Mix all the ingredients very well.
Warm the curd and add 1 tsp of sugar and salt to taste. Mix everything properly and keep aside.
Fill either of two stuffing into puris, add curd and two chutneys,. Garnis with thin sev, chopped coriander, chaat masala and serve.
