Eggless Chocolate Mousse
Serving : Around 30 cups
- 1kg Dark chocolate Slab
- 2 tbsp Custard Powder (Vanilla Flavour)
- 3 tsp Sugar
- 1200 ml Fresh Cream
- 1/2 cup Milk
- Grated Milk Chocolate
- Chocolate Wafer Sticks
Melt dark chocolate slab on a double boiler( heat water in a pan and keep a smaller container containing choclate in it, let the chocolate melt but take care that water does not enter chocolate bowl).
Dissolve 2 tbsp custard powder in 1/2 cup milk and keep it aside. Soak 3tsp of sugar in water and heat till sugar melts. Add fresh cream, sugar water and custard powder mix to melted chocolate. Keep it on a slow flme and stirr till everything mixes very well. Switch off the flame and pour in plastic cups.
Refrigerate the mousse cups for 2-3 hours. Garnish with grated milk chocolate and chocolate wafer sticks and serve chilled.
