Serving : 2-3 Person
- 8-10 slices Bread
- 1 cup of Rawa/Sooji (Semolina)
- 1 cup Curd
- 1/2 cup Chopped Vegatables*
- 1 chopped Green Chilli
- 1 tsp finely chopped Coriander and Mint Leaves
- Salt to Taste
*Chopped vegetables may include – tomatoes and capsicum
Take a cup of semolina, add curd, vegetables, green chiili, coriander, mint leaves and salt to taste. Mix all the ingredients to a thick batter using water as neeeded.
Apply this paste on a slice of bread and place the slice on hot tawa with the batter side on top. Pour a tsp of ghee on sides of bread to toast the bread. Turn the bread slice upside down to cook the batter from both sides properly.
Cut the bread slice into triangles and serve hot with tomato ketchup for breakfast.
